Due to the perishable nature of floral products, our return policy differs from standard retail policies. We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

2. General Return Policy

2.1 Perishable Nature of Products

Floral arrangements are living, perishable products that begin to age from the moment they are created. Unlike non-perishable goods, flowers cannot be returned in the traditional sense once they have been delivered or picked up. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will address any concerns about product quality or condition.

2.2 Quality Commitment

We are committed to delivering floral arrangements that arrive fresh and in excellent condition. If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards due to our error, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Before Delivery

You may cancel your order for a full refund (minus any processing fees) if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value, as materials may have already been prepared.

3.2 Refunds for Quality Issues

If you receive a floral arrangement that is significantly different from what was ordered, arrives damaged due to our error, or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Full refund of the purchase price
  • Partial refund if only certain elements are affected
  • Replacement arrangement at no additional cost
  • Store credit for future purchases

To qualify for a refund due to quality issues, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the arrangement showing the issue
  • Provide your order number and delivery details
  • Allow us to investigate and verify the claim

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Debit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

4. Exchanges

4.1 Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we generally do not offer exchanges for delivered arrangements. However, if you are not satisfied with your order due to our error, we may offer to create a replacement arrangement.

If you wish to modify an order before it is prepared, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes when feasible, though modifications may affect pricing and delivery timing.

4.2 Substitution Policy

As stated in our Terms of Service, we may substitute flowers with alternatives of equal or greater value when the requested flowers are unavailable. If you are not satisfied with substitutions made, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss resolution options.

5. Custom Orders and Consultation Services

5.1 Custom Arrangements

For custom-designed arrangements and consultation services, cancellation and refund policies may vary based on the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Generally:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus consultation fee
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund, as materials and labor have been committed

5.2 Consultation Fees

Consultation fees, if applicable, are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. However, if you cancel a consultation appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, we may refund or credit the consultation fee.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, we are not responsible for redelivery fees. However, we will work with you to arrange a successful delivery at an additional cost.

If a delivery fails due to our error or circumstances beyond your control (such as recipient unavailability despite accurate information), we will attempt redelivery at no additional charge or provide a full refund.

6.2 Late Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather. If a delivery is significantly delayed due to our error, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund or store credit.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a floral arrangement that is damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us immediately with photographs and your order details. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Full or partial refund
  • Replacement arrangement
  • Store credit

Damage that occurs after delivery due to improper care, accidents, or normal wear is not covered by our return policy. We provide care instructions with each arrangement to help maximize the lifespan of your flowers.

8. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Can be used for any products or services we offer
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Is non-transferable

Store credit will be issued via email with a unique code that can be applied during checkout.

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are generally non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees after the consultation has been conducted
  • Custom arrangements that have been completed and delivered as ordered
  • Gift cards and vouchers (subject to applicable law)
  • Products that have been damaged due to customer negligence
  • Arrangements that have been accepted and used for their intended purpose

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Perishable goods, including fresh flowers
  • Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our floral products, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply once an arrangement has been delivered. However, you may cancel orders before preparation begins, subject to the cancellation terms outlined in Section 3.1.
